About this Event
In this workshop, head chef instructor Kristin “Baker Bettie” Hoffman will teach the basics of making cakes and frostings from scratch. Learn proper mixing methods, baking techniques, and simple decorating techniques.
Participants will make:
- Fudgy Chocolate Cupcakes
- Yellow Chiffon Sheet Cake
- Swiss Meringue Buttercream
