Welcome to our Introduction to Brush Lettering Workshop! Join us for a fun and creative event where you'll learn the basics of brush lettering and create your own beautiful designs! Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve your skills, this workshop is perfect for anyone interested in hand lettering. In this workshop taught by artist and calligrapher Kate de Leon, you'll learn about modern calligraphy, foundational skills for writing basic strokes and letter forms, how to design your greeting card, and much more. Many tips and tricks will be shared, and each student will get individual attention in a small class setting. No experience is required, and all supplies are included so you can continue your lettering journey at home! Feel free to come 15 mins before the class for light refreshments. The class will begin promptly at 2:00 PM.
