In this concise, experiential training, local clinicians will explore how Brainspotting offers a gentle yet powerful way to access and heal trauma, anxiety, and other stuck patterns without relying solely on traditional talk therapies. I have my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and recently became a Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate. I am also certified as a Brainspotting therapist and am a consultant-in-training, as well as assistant facilitator to Brainspotting trainings phases 1 and 2.
