There’s a global shift happening, and we are celebrating!
We have launched our latest course on applied neuroscience and change management and attracted over 140 change managers from 17 countries around the world in the first two months of launch. This tells us that the tide is turning – change managers globally are keenly interested in understanding how to put the human into human-centred change.
To celebrate this shift, Lena Ross, Michelle Teunis and Dr Jen Frahm will be sharing elements of the new course that we can celebrate and showcasing practices, tips and tools that make our change recipients brains happy. Whether it’s influencing with ease, harnessing change resistance, change communication that cuts through and engages there will be something for everyone!
Brain-friendly change is the ultimate party vibe: nobody should have to ‘think’ hard to get change.
