About this Event
Come learn the basics of boxing from our TITLE Midtown coaches!
We have three timeslots available: 11 am, 12pm, and 1pm!
What we’ll provide:
- Boxing gloves to borrow
- An introductory breakdown of boxing fundamentals
- A 3-round beginner-friendly boxing workout with one of our coaches
- Membership specials exclusive to attendees
- Healthy snacks and beverages
What you’ll need:
- Wear clothing and shoes you can comfortably move in
- Boxing hand wraps - available to purchase for $10 (we accept cash or card)
- Arrive 10 minutes early to sign your waiver and get your hands wrapped
