We're looking forward to you joining us for a nourishing afternoon delving into Ayurveda: The Science of Life. Come and spend some time in discussion all about Ayurveda, and end with a question and answer period, a warm bowl of kitchari, and Ayurvedic tea.

We will meet in the Marble Room at the beautiful &asanas collective, London Ontario.

Ayurveda is a complete medical system that addresses the body, mind, and spirit. It is rooted in self discovery and learning to go back to alignment to the healer within. It is modern nervous system medicine, provides comprehensive personalized nutrition, deeply healing bodywork which addresses root cause, yoga therapy, and targeted medicinal herbal formulations that support comprehensive healing of the body-mind.

Come with your questions, and interest, and be inspired by the wide scope of Ayurveda.
