Throughout the year we are running fully funded 60 minute “Introduction to Autism in the Workplace” sessions for employers.

Why are we doing it?

Just 16% of autistic adults are in full time employment. Café Track is supporting businesses across the UK (And Beyond) to embrace the talents of a diverse range of individuals. So far we have supported over 100 people into paid employment, and over 200 more into work experience placements.

To help create further opportunities we will be providing a 60-minute training session for organisations, which will help to create opportunities for individuals.

how autistic employees can bring a huge amount of talent to your business.
how to support autistic employees.

You will be able to take this knowledge back into your organisation and share the information with colleagues, so you can be an organisation which is not only talking about, but also supporting autistic individuals to thrive.

We will also cover strategies to ensure you business is aware and accepting of autism. Small environmental changes can make a life changing difference.
