Introduction to American Mahjong!

Join us at Neat Kitchen + Bar for a beginner class introducing the fundamentals of American Mahjong in a relaxed, social setting.

In this guided lesson, an instructor will walk you through the tiles, rules, and rhythm of the game so you can confidently play your very first hands. No prior experience is needed — we provide everything, including tiles, racks, and instruction, so you can simply show up ready to learn and have fun.

We ask that each player plan to make at least one food or beverage purchase during the class to support our host venue. Join us for lunch before class and stay to play after! The menu can be found .

Come on your own or bring a friend — either way, you’ll leave with new skills, new connections, and a fresh obsession. Space is limited, so grab your seat at the table!

Important details:

• Guests are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes early to grab a drink and snack and get settled.
• Class will begin promptly at 1 PM.
• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets may be transferred to another player. If you are unable to attend, please let us know the name of your replacement.
• Only tickets purchased through Eventbrite will be honored.
• Photos will be taken for marketing purposes. Alert instructor when you arrive if you do not want to be photographed.
