Our bodies are our instruments — and yet, most of us go through life with tension, imbalance, and habits we aren’t even aware of. This introductory session offers a practical, experiential entry point into the Alexander Technique (A.T.) — a globally respected method of understanding and gently transforming those unconscious patterns.
The Alexander Technique is not just about posture or movement. It is a profound self-care practice that helps us become more physically and mentally self-aware, coordinated, and connected. By learning how to release habitual strain and allow for better alignment, you can experience relief from chronic pain and stress, improve the quality of your movement, and enhance your overall sense of ease, balance, and presence.
Whether you`re dealing with tension and fatigue, navigating injury, working in physically or mentally demanding environments, or simply curious about your body–mind connection, this workshop is for you.
