About this Event
POW! Play On Words is a performance poetry platform in London run by Lee Campbell (Senior Lecturer in Academic Support, Wimbledon, UAL) and Colin B Osborn. They showcase some of the most exciting poets currently on the scene.
They also create their own and support the development of poetry zines and publications. A curated selection of these will be displayed throughout the day at UAL's Intercultural Zine Fair.
Following this there will be four short live poetry performances . Here the POW! curators will be joined by two of the dynamic roster of UK-wide artists who have graced the POW! stage, Redeeming Features and Hannah Wallwork.
Location: The event will take place in the UAL gallery space next to the UAL studio on the 5th floor at Peckham Levels.
