Introducing Biodanza - The Dance of Life

Come and join us for a special introduction to Biodanza!

I’m so excited to invite you to this first-ever event in the area. I’m joining forces with local Biodanza teacher Andrew Webb as I continue my own training, and together we’ll share the joy of Biodanza with you.

Biodanza reminds you what it feels like to be fully alive. It’s about letting go of your mind, quieting the mental chatter, and letting your body have its say through dance, play and creativity evoking and enhancing inner vitality and self expression.

We’ll dance alone, in pairs, in small groups, and with the whole circle. Some exercises may involve gentle contact always respecting your comfort and personal boundaries. We’ll laugh, spin, stretch, stumble, and maybe even surprise ourselves. It’s tender, wild, grounding, fun, and freeing all at once. No experience is needed, just bring your curiosity, your body, and your heart.

Biodanza, the dance of life, is music, movement, and joy that reconnects you to your body, your energy, and the people around you. Samba, jazz, tango, pop! it’s all about discovering your rhythm, your spark, and the sheer pleasure of moving.
