Topics to be covered:
✨Awareness of the breath and its power
✨Awareness of the mind body connection
✨Breakdown of foundational yoga poses, and how to move through a beginner “flow” in a safe/mindful way
✨Information about the different styles of yoga, the different classes we offer, and which may be a good fit for you
✨How to care for and relax your nervous system through yin and restorative yoga, preparing us for an extended period of relaxation (known as savasana)
No experience is required!
Just bring yourself, an open mind and your questions! We have everything else. 🙂
