This 6 week course has been a great beginning of a lifelong journey of health and wellness for many! If you have ever been curious about yoga and don't know where to begin this course is for you. In this 6 weeks you will learn the basics of yoga, from breathing techniques to proper pose alignment. You will learn how yoga can help cultivate physical and mental health and awareness. I will demystify yoga and you will have a space to learn, ask questions and build community with like minded people in your area.
