Chris Printis teaches yoga as a lived practice, not a performance. His classes are rooted and intentional, shaped by a deep respect for how bodies actually move and feel—especially on any given day. Students can expect clear, thoughtful cueing, strong yet accessible sequences, and space to explore without pressure to “get it right.” He completed his 200-hour teacher training at West Hartford Yoga, and his teaching reflects a balance of structure, strength, and awareness alongside adaptability and ease. Music often plays a meaningful role in setting rhythm and flow, without ever taking away from breath or presence.
Known for a calm, grounded energy and a well-timed sense of humor, Chris aims to create a room that feels both focused and welcoming. He values clarity over chatter, presence over perfection, and encourages students of all levels to move in ways that feel supportive and true to themselves. Outside the studio, Chris enjoys making music, playing basketball, and drinking a lot of tea—all of which subtly influence the steady, playful tone he brings to his classes.
