The Intro to Yoga Series is designed for beginners seeking to explore the fundamentals of yoga practice, including breath work, postures, and mindfulness techniques. Participants will enjoy one hour of yoga every week for 4 weeks.
April 6th to 27th, every Monday, 5:30-6:30pm
You can expect to develop strength, flexibility, and relaxation skills while cultivating a deeper connection to your body and mind. Monday evening classes will then remain on the schedule and the theme will be based on the preferences of students from this series 🫶
