Intro to Strength Training is Sol's free monthly community workshop - a supportive, beginner-friendly experience led by Coach Sunny and Coach Casey. It's designed for anyone who's new to the gym, returning after time away, or simply looking for a fitness community that feels welcoming, connected, and human.
This isn't a workout class. It's a group consultation and movement screening - a chance to learn about Sol, connect with others, and walk away with a clear picture of what strength training could look like for your body and your life.
