Ready to dive into sourdough, but not sure how to get started?
In this workshop we'll discuss the science of sourdough and how to get started. We'll cover the steps to creating and maintaining a starter as well as the science behind what's happening inside of your jar. You won't need to bring anything. Just be ready to roll up your sleeves for a hands on activity where we will mix up a starter together.
