Start a journey of self-discovery and self-healing to prepare for healing others. This course combines introspection practical techniques and hands-on experience to ensure you are ready to assist others in their healing journeys.

- Self-Discovery and Self-Healing:
Delve into your own healing process with guided meditations journaling exercises and self-reflection to uncover and address emotional and energetic blockages.
- Educational Videos and Discussions:
Watch selected videos on self-healing sound therapy and holistic health. Engage in group discussions to share insights and deepen your understanding.
- Practical Techniques:
Learn and practice key techniques in sound healing including the use of singing bowls tuning forks and other sound instruments. Gain hands-on experience in creating a healing environment and using sound for relaxation and emotional release.
- Peer Practice:
Work with fellow students in a supportive environment. Practice techniques on each other provide and receive feedback and grow together.
- Assisting with Sound Bath Events:
Once confident and competent assist with actual sound bath events. This real-world experience hones your skills and helps you understand the dynamics of leading group healing sessions.
