This immersive 6-hour course blends education and deep relaxation through the ancient practice of sound healing. Participants will explore how frequencies and vibrations affect the body, mind, and spirit. You’ll learn the origins and uses of instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and tuning forks, and how sound can support stress relief, emotional balance, and meditation practices.

The experience includes a full sound bath session, allowing you to rest, release, and integrate the knowledge through direct experience. Ideal for wellness practitioners, educators, and community leaders interested in offering healing through sound as part of community service and holistic outreach.

All materials and book resources are provided.

Hour 1 – Opening & Introduction

Info: Welcome & intention setting: Establish the group’s practice container and shared wellness goals.
Origins and philosophy of sound healing: Overview of traditional and modern modalities, including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, tuning forks, human voice, and other healing tools.

Info: How frequencies and resonance affect the body and nervous system: Concepts of sympathetic resonance and theta brainwave states.
Practical demonstration: Listening to different instruments and feeling their vibrations.
