About this Event
This workshop focuses on sound bath healing through hands on experiential learning. Bring your own instruments and/or there will be instruments available to you to guide you through your learning of therapeutic sound practices. This offering is an understanding of sound and vibrational effects on the body, mind & spirit. Instruments we will use in this sound healing, including several different sized gongs, singing bowls, and tuning forks, chimes, hand drum, wave drum, buffalo drum, crystal bowls (various strikers), rattles & other instruments. Learn sound bath techniques to create a calming and restorative atmosphere where individuals can relax and deeply engage with the healing sounds. This workshop is for anyone who wishes to gain a basic understanding of Sound Bath & Sound Healing. This includes those who would like to incorporate it into their yoga or meditation classes as well as those who wish to learn enough to use sound bath healing with family and friends. This workshop will conclude with a sound bath healing session. For those interested we will foster a supportive community of sound healers and practitioners to promote ongoing learning and collaboration.
This workshop does not provide a certification in Sound Bath or Sound Healing. It is purely for informational purposes.
