This workshop is an Introduction to Somatic Integrative Breathwork and includes a full facilitated 1 hour group breath session. Great for stress relief and clearing stuck-ness. It will leave you feeling energized and relaxed. Come find your bliss and clarity! (Great for beginners or more experienced breathers.)Wear comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your breathing. Bring a water bottle and anything you need for your comfort. The breathwork experience will be in a sitting up position.
