Join us for an educational and reflective exploration of plant-based sacramental medicines across cultures. In this one-hour presentation, we will gently examine several traditional plant allies from North, Central, and South America—such as tobacco, hapé, sananga, ayahuasca and bobinsana—alongside European-rooted traditions involving entheogenic mushrooms such as amanita muscaria. With a focus on indigenous use, cultural context, and spiritual significance, this offering is not about promotion or instruction, but about deepening understanding, respect, and relationship. Time will be held for thoughtful questions and dialogue at the end. Becky and Shannon will discuss their own personal experiences with these sacramental medicines and provide resources for those who would like to know more.
