Instructor Bio:
Forest Nui Cobalt is a professional Witch, Astrologer, and Tarot reader. She's the founder and Creative Director of Nui Cobalt Designs, an Indie perfume house celebrating its 12rh year and specializing in enchanted Huile de Parfum. She has studied with Steven Forrest, Austin Coppock, Jason Miller, and Jason Lott. Her grandmother, Millicent "Penny" Carver, was an accomplished Astrologer and Tarot reader in her own right. Forest currently lives and works in Columbus, OH.
