About this Event
We will cover two basic movement patterns that form the foundation of more complex movements in both Qi Gong and Tai Chi. The workshop will be mostly practical with the aim of having exercises that can be practiced independnetly after the workshop. The movements are traditionally in a standing position and we will focus on the combination of postural strength, relaxed movement, and meditative focus.
