Celebrate the arrival of spring at the Terra Greenhouses Waterdown location by learning to paint with wool. Guided by fibre artist Cathy Disbrow, you’ll discover how to transform sheep wool fibres into a textured 6″ x 4″ masterpiece. Using a specialized felting needle as your "brush," you will learn to blend a variety of colours and apply 2-D needle felting techniques to create a lush spring landscape featuring a charming flock of sheep.
This relaxing, hands-on workshop is perfect for beginners looking to explore a unique medium. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or picking up a needle for the first time, you’ll spend a fun afternoon building depth and detail into your very own wool painting. All you need to bring is your creativity! Ages 13+.

Materials included: Wool, 2 needles, and a wool felt sheet with project drawing are included in the cost. Foam felting pads are provided for students to use during class and can be purchased separately.
