Join our beginner-friendly demo workshop at the Media Commons studios! Learn the basics of Mocap technology, suit calibration, and scene setup — no prior experience needed! Perfect for animators, filmmakers, and tech students!
After the presentation, you'll break into teams to run your own mocap session with hands-on instructor support. This is a great opportunity to apply everything you learned, get troubleshooting support, and add a new skill to your toolbox in just one day.
A few notes from your instructors:
- Please bring a flash/hard drive.
- Dress comfortably and be ready to change into a motion capture suit.
- Please do not wear open-toed shoes or shiny/reflective clothing.
- Bring a hair tie.
