If you’re curious about meditation but not sure where to start, this workshop is for you! Meditation & mindfulness are proven to increase relaxation, relieve stress, and reduce anxiety. We’ll discuss the techniques and effects of several different meditation types, plus take time for practice and discussion.
Leave with new techniques you can practice at home, and with the confidence to move forward in your meditation journey! No prior yoga or meditation experience necessary.
