☆ Intro to Heels Flow ☆ Monday 8th September 8pm ☆ 60 mins ☆ 4 credits ☆ £12 drop inWelcome to a 60 minute Intro session to the wonderful world of pole specific heels and Pole Dance. Our Heels Flow sessions are fun and empowering, and whilst beginners are always welcome to our regular Thursday evening sessions this Intro class will give you the opportunity to learn the basics with others who are trying out heels for the first time.
In this session you will learn a short choreographed routine as well find out how the anatomy of the pole heel affects our movement on and off the pole. All are welcome, but we recommend that you have attended at least 4 pole sessions
Pole Heels are recommended, if you don't have any yet we have a selection available for you to borrow (please check size/availability before booking). We also recommend that you wear kneepads.
