In this 3-hour workshop, we’ll explore the key elements of balance, strength, and body awareness needed to get comfortable upside down.�Through mobility drills, strength work, and playful progressions, you’ll build confidence in your foundation and learn how to approach handstands safely and with curiosity.You’ll also learn how to integrate handstands into your yoga practice or simply enjoy them as a fun and empowering movement on their own.
