Join us for this transformative two-part workshop for educators diving into critical topics essential for fostering inclusive classrooms. Explore equitable teaching practices, cultural humility, and societal inequities impacting education and our broader society. We will explore specific topics such as prejudice, discrimination, and strategies to mitigate microaggressions while exploring our own social identities. Learn more about the power dynamics that exist in society and in schools between dominant and minoritized groups while harnessing funds of knowledge for holistic student support.
