About this Event
Join an adventure in this play-focused introduction to Dungeons and Dragons. Experienced staff and volunteers will guide players through the game rules, character building, and a beginner-level game.
The program runs in two parts during the day:
1) Game rules and character creation
2) A beginner-level adventure.
There will be a lunch break between program sections. Please bring a packed lunch!
Our teen programs are created to give teens their own space to connect and learn. For that reason, registration is limited to grades 8–12. To explore library programs and events for children and adults, please see VPL's Library Program Guide .
