About this Event

The Collab MakerSpace are excited to bring our new Intro to the CNC Router class as part of our DIY basic workshops.

You will be introduced to the software and hardware that makes CNC wood projects easy and fun! Let the robot do the heavy lifting as it precisely carves the creations you've (quickly and easily) designed.

After a short instructional period, we'll get you right into the hands on instructions, teaching by doing. You'll get to design and build your first project by the end of the leson. Take it hime, impress your friends with your awesome woodworking talents!

A ll materials are provided. Please bring long pants, a long sleeve cotton shirt, and a way to tie your hair up if long. We provide gloves and safety glasses and dust mask, but you are welcome to bring your own. This is a 2 hour class, and you are welcome to bring a beverage or snack.
