Intro to Channeling: Creativity from a Spiritual Perspective

In this two-hour experiential workshop, we explore channeling as a natural human ability. This workshop presents a framework for feeling grounded and safe enough to open and receive inspiration, ideas or messages. We explore the blocks that once kept you safe but currently may be holding you back.
Within this framework, channeling is synonymous with creativity. Concepts will be presented from a balance of spirituality and psychology.
You can expect a combination of group learning and individual/paired experiential learning. You will be guided through a four-step process that will feel safe, gentle and relaxed. Boundaries, consent and communication are prioritized throughout the workshop.
