We are energetic beings. Vibrational beings. We attract into our lives people, situations, experiences, etc., that match our vibrational frequency. I invite you to pause for a moment and look at your life. I imagine that there are some wonderful parts of your life, and then there are other aspects which are less than desirable. You’ve attracted it all in. It’s just that the more negative aspects come from what’s unhealed (and no doubt unconscious) within you!In many ways our lives reflect back to us what is healed and what is unhealed within us.
Every time we dance our chakras, we heal a little. We heal the next layer that has been laying unresolved, unprocessed, unexpressed. With each dance we change our vibrational frequency. We become lighter and clearer. As our frequency changes, we begin to attract in a new vibrational match. This can include new opportunities, experiences and/or people.
Chakradance is a dance practice for the soul. The music, composed to resonate with each of the major chakras will support your free flowing dance, from the base to the crown. Additionally, you will have guided visualizations to assist you on your journey. Travel through your inner landscape can be more easily accessed when you can block out distractions. To that end, blindfolds are provided and encouraged. The dance is then followed by a short mandala creation to integrate your dance experience.
