As we continue our focus on stress management and self-care through the holiday season, the Escanaba Public Library is hosting a free Intro to Chair Yoga class (Level 2) with instructor Martina Mileski on Wednesday, December 17 at 5:30 p.m. Chair yoga is for every body, regardless of mobility or experience. This session will use chairs and standing for the various movements. If you’ve ever wondered about it, now is the time to try it out!
Registration is required as space is limited to 15 participants. Please call the library at 906-789-7323 to get registered by Monday, December 15 at 5 pm.
