Have you ever wanted to try your hand at brewing kombucha at home, but aren’t sure where to begin? Please join us for this exciting beginner’s kombucha brewing class! Co-owner/Founder Matthew Jewison of Kowabucha Kombucha (@kowabucha.kombucha), based in Rochester, MN, will join us at BCC, in the Community Room, to teach a class on the thrilling art of brewing Kombucha. As part of the experience, each student will brew and take home 1 gallon of kombucha, along with the materials to continue brewing at home.Details:

Cost: $10 per student.
