Welcome to "Intro to Breathwork," an introductory session on Superventilation techniques led by JJ Ruescas.

Don’t be misled by the term "Introductory"—this session is far from basic. Experience the transformative power of these techniques firsthand and learn how to hack your Nervous System to achieve:

• Altered states of consciousness
• Optimization of your respiratory and nervous systems

What You'll Need:

• A space where you can lie down
• A camera positioned to show your torso and face during the session
• A blanket or something to cover yourself with
• An eye mask (optional)
• Headphones (optional for a more immersive experience)
