Beginning March 12th, Joshua Beeney will be guiding a weekly Breathwork Experience at Sacred Space Studio, designed to help you reconnect with the most powerful healing tool you already carry within you — your breath.
Through intentional breathing patterns and grounded guidance, this experience creates a space where the body can finally exhale.
Participants often experience:
• Deep nervous system relaxation
• Emotional release and clarity
• Increased energy and mental focus
• Greater connection to the body and intuition
• A renewed sense of calm and presence
