You will be guided through our ballet barre, creative centre practice, strength-building jumps, and classical choreography. Ballet is a beautiful moving art form that can take years to perfect. This short commitment intro to ballet technique offers you a taste — how to be in a ballet class, basic positions, a feel for the style.This class is offered as a sessional or Drop-In only and is not part of full-year registration. Dancers from this intro class may choose to join the beginner courses after this session.
