Are you drawn to learn more about your ancestors? Curious about how your lineages shape your life, relationships, and recurring family patterns?In this introductory class, we’ll explore the foundations of ancestral lineage healing and how building conscious relationship with our ancestors can support healing, connection, and greater self-understanding. We’ll also discuss the physical, psychological, and cultural benefits of this work.
The class will include teaching, discussion, a brief guided practice, and Q&A.
About your teacher:
Andrea Aase holds a Master of Theological Studies degree and is a certified Ancestral Lineage Healing practitioner and Karuna Reiki Master. Since 2017, she has devoted herself to spiritual and ancestral healing practices, with a particular focus on conscious relationship with ancestors, intuition, and the living world.
Andrea began working deeply with her own ancestral lineages in 2018 and became certified in Ancestral Lineage Healing in 2023. As the child and grandchild of adoptees, her work is informed by direct experience building relationships with ancestors who were unknown in life and absent from family records.
Her approach is grounded, compassionate, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that reconnecting with our ancestors, intuition, and the more-than-human world can support healing, belonging, and personal empowerment.
