New to Aerial and a bit nervous? This workshop is for you! Learn the basics of Aerial in a safe and beginner friendly environment. This class will help you get comfortable and become confident so that you can smoothly jump into weekly classes. No previous aerial experience is required, but previous yoga experience is recommended.
