Have you ever wondered what it feels like to fly? Can you imagine lifting your friends into the air? Rally your courage and come learn how to play ACRO YOGA! During this unique yoga adventure, we’ll play with partner and group poses that foster a sense of trust, interdependence, strength and fun! After we practice balancing and counterbalancing with partners, you’ll learn the basic skills of acro yoga: basing, flying and spotting in the two fundamental acro poses of bird and throne. Come by yourself or bring a friend. No partner necessary – we’ll mix and match partners throughout the workshop.$20 for Central Rock members
