INTRO TO 3-GUNCOURSE SCHEDULE:
Saturday, June 13th (Training Day): 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday, June 20th (Match Day): 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Competitive shooting is one of the fastest growing shooting sports in America—and 3-Gun is leading the charge. It’s dynamic. It’s challenging. It’s humbling. And it’s one of the most powerful ways to build real-world firearm confidence under pressure.
Our Intro to 3-Gun course is designed for the shooter who has never stepped onto a 3-Gun stage… and for the shooter who has tried a match but knows they would benefit from structured training, education, and coaching.
This isn’t just a class. It’s your on-ramp to competition.
The Mission
At DefComp, we believe confidence is built through preparation and experience—not guesswork. Using a structured, “crawl-walk-run” progression, we will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to step onto the range with clarity and composure.
Then we take it one step further.
Saturday, June 13th: Train With Purpose - You’ll spend a full day learning the foundations of 3-Gun in a controlled, instructor-led environment.
Saturday, June 20th: Compete With Coaching - You’ll shoot our local 3-Gun match—assigned to an instructor who will coach you through the day, help with stage planning, answer questions, and guide you through the match experience. Your match entry fee is included in the course cost.
You won’t just learn about 3-Gun.
You’ll do it—with support.
