This 60-minute guided experience is designed to help calm your nervous system, release built-up stress, and bring you back to a more grounded, clear state—both mentally and physically.
Through a simple, guided breathwork practice, your body can shift out of “fight or flight” and into a more relaxed, regulated state. Many people don’t realize how much tension they’re holding until they give themselves space to pause and breathe.
This experience includes guided breathwork and time to rest and integrate—allowing your body to fully process and settle.
You may leave feeling:
calmer and more relaxed
clearer and less mentally overwhelmed
more present in your body
lighter, both emotionally and physically
No experience needed—just come as you are.
You may want to bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye pillow, and blanket for comfort, along with a favorite crystal or any personal item that feels supportive to you.
