Join our first-ever panel discussion, 'The Re-birth of Ancient Healing';

With many conditions falling outside the realms of pills and surgery, taking our health and mental health into our own hands has become paramount. From how we give birth to how we eat, breathe and even grieve, is the path to moving forward (and beyond) our ailments, actually a journey backwards?

Ft. five estimed Brightonian practitioners;

  • Calli Popham; Embodied movement & yoga teacher. Flow State co-founder, with expertise in Trauma, TRE, Neurodiversity, Community & Activism.
  • Dr Graham Campbell; Clinical Psychiatrist, with an MSc in Neuroscience. NHS background in psychiatric hospital, psychedelic research guide at Imperial College.
  • Jill Kettle; Chinese medicine and birth doula. Student of indigenous cultures, expertise in spiritual law, shadow work and ancestral healing.
  • John Scaife; Indigenous nauture ritualist & teacher, climate coach & consultant. Guide in grief, loss and initiation.
  • Liz Lilley; Breathwork, psychotherapy and psychedelics integration. Specialising in mental health & workplace wellbeing.
