Intraclub sparring day is a fun day to put your skills to the test with a 3 round Muay Thai fight in the ring with spectators and a ref. You will be fully padded and only go as hard or as light as you and your opponent would like. This is a fun day especially for the kids, so please come on down and help cheer them on. if you would like to sign up for a match please fill out a form on the bench and let your coach know. we will have a bbq fundraiser on site but the event will be free to participate in. any questions please feel free to DM us or ask a coach at your training session.
