We will take a moment to settle in then move into breathwork and grounding practices that draw our minds and bodies into the present moment.
✨ Guided Meditation
Next we’ll enter a 30-minute guided meditation rich in natures imagery—settling into the deep quiet of winter forests, embracing winter’s stillness, honoring the long night as the earth rests, and sensing the first subtle stirrings beneath the frozen ground that signal the slow, certain return of spring’s light.
✨ Letting-Go Practice
Write down anything you’re ready to release—old patterns, stories, or emotional weights—and set them aside to be placed into the fire, symbolizing clarity, completion, and the freedom to move forward.
✨ Intention-Setting Experience
Reflect on a heartfelt intention for the months ahead, writing it down to be placed into the fire as a symbol of the path you’re choosing to walk forward on.
✨ Mindful Creation
Craft an evergreen bundle, representing resilience, protection, and ongoing growth. You may choose to take it home to hang as a reminder of your intention or offer it to the fire along with your written reflections. If you wish, you can make more than one.
✨ Closing
We’ll close our time together with a warm, comforting, seasonal tea shared around the fire, offering a space for gentle conversation, reflection, and connection before we part ways.
