About this Event
Perhaps it is the oxygen-rich air, or the sense of timelessness, but there is something about the woods that helps us to slow down and come back to calm. Join us for an uplifting day of mindful practice in a beautiful natural setting, as we take this opportunity to ground ourselves and re-connect with our inner sense of peace and joy. What to expect:
- Grounding meditation
- Tibetan chanting
- Breathwork practice
- Mindful woodland walk
- Fireside conversation
- Somatic/body awareness practice
- Time for journaling
- Delicious vegetarian lunch
50% of ticket price to be donated to Grith Pioneers for a re-wilding project (applies to tickets booked before 20th November)
Shining Cliff Hostel is a simple venue, set within 600 acres of ancient woodland. There is a 20-minute walk from the car park through the woods over uneven ground. Please wear warm, outdoor clothing.
