Into the Self: journaling through the lens of Yoga
Journaling: life and writing, intertwined. Through the discipline of Yoga, we'll explore the art of journaling and learn how to start one.
The ancient tradition of Yoga provides us with tools to navigate inner and external life. But how can we bring these teachings outside of the mat? How can we incorporate them into our life, into ourselves?
Writing fulfills this purpose: it activates both hemispheres of the brain, merging the more analytical and logical aspects with the creative and intuitive side. Writing about the own experiences can help us reshape our stories and help us come back to our real Self.
This is a participative workshop with practical postural and writing exercises.
Tea and homemade sweet treats will be provided.
