About this Event

Into Deeper Connection: A Journey of Authentic Relating & Gentle Intimacy

In this 2-hour experiential workshop you’ll deepen your capacity to listen, express, and attune to others in ways that feel nourishing and true. We’ll explore the art of authentic relating —- playful and profound interpersonal games that help you drop the masks and meet others from a place of depth and curiosity. Authentic Relating (AR) is the practice of freely expressing your true experience to create connections based on who you really are. Authentic Relating games create a safe, intentional space – rooted in play and supported by clear boundaries – to create meaningful and enjoyable connections to self and other.

The guided exercises will start light and playful, then deepen into one-on-one connections and opportunities to be seen and witnessed by the group. The exercises are designed to cultivate trust, embodied awareness, and emotional safety.

In the end we gently transition into a practice of consensual, platonic touch. You’ll have full agency and choice throughout, with consent and clear communication as foundational pillars.

Whether you're new to this work or well-practiced in relational arts, you’ll leave with a fuller heart, clearer boundaries, and deeper access to connection with self and others.

What to Expect:

  • Authentic Relating Games to foster presence and play
  • Gentle intimacy practices that invite emotional depth
  • Touch-based exercises with clear consent (platonic, non-sexual, opt-in only)
  • Opportunities to explore connection at your own pace
  • A space held with care, respect, and non-judgment

This is for you if you’re:

  • Craving deeper, more meaningful connections
  • Curious about conscious communication and embodied relating
  • Looking for a safe, structured space to explore consensual touch
  • Interested in being fully seen—and seeing others—without pressure

No prior experience is needed. Come as you are. All parts of you are welcome.

Whether you're looking to deepen your connections or simply be more present with others, this journey invites you to open up and connect on a real, meaningful level. Come as you are and let's dive into genuine connection together!
